A very long year.

A year ago tomorrow, AUGUST 4TH 2010, changed my life forever:

I received the phone call no wife ever wants to get, especially a military wife. My husband had been injured in an attack in Iraq. Later in the afternoon I got another hard phone call, finding out he had lost his left leg.

Another important thing about tomorrow, our wedding anniversary. Tomorrow being our third. Josh has came such a long way and I could not be any prouder of him and how well he has adapted to his new life, our new life. I just wanted to take the time to share our anniversary tonight because tomorrow will be such a huge day for us. Sitting here thinking of all we have been through and how everything has played out it brings tears to my eyes. I really am at a loss for words, I love you Joshua Charles Craven!
